Note: the KEGG annotations of the genomes used here are as of Dec, 2008. It is possible that when you click on the link of a pathway map provided here, KEGG server complains that the corresponding pathway does not exist. (It indicates that these pathways were removed from KEGG database afterward. If these removed pathways happen to be the pathways eliminated by MinPath, it indicates that MinPath made the right choice to mark these pathways as suspicious.)
