Interaction networks between Bacteroides fragilis and its invaders
Two types of networks were inferred: Spacer-MGE and Host-MGE
Spacer-MGE network contains MGE nodes and Spacer nodes; each Spacer node represents a spacer, and an edge between a Spacer node and a MGE node signifies that the MGE contains a matching protospacer to a given Spacer node. (network in gml file; a Cytoscape visualization of the network)
Host-MGE network contains MGE nodes and host nodes; Host nodes represent B. fragilis isolates, and an edge between Host and MGE nodes signifies that the MGE contains a matching protospacer to spacers identified within the CRISPR-Cas system in the corresponding B. fragilis isolate.
